OTHER EXPENSES:
Pick Up and Drop Off: We are based in the Port of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, however if you wish, we can pick up and drop you off at a number of ports between Menton and Cannes. This service is charged at an extra cost based on the fuel cost to get to and from the port. Please just let us know when you are making your booking.
Food and Drinks: This is all arranged and payed for before your charter depending on what you order for your day.
Tender Transfers: You may wish to go into a beach club or restaurant and you are required to pay the tender driver for each trip you take. These are typically 20 EUR each way. Please bring cash with you for these.
Captain Tips: There is no requirement to tip your captain, however if you would like to, then it is customary to pay 5% to 15% of the charter amount. If there are several crew members, present the tip to the captain who will share it out to the crew for you.
HOW TO PAY:
Deposit: Upon booking, we require a 250 EUR deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking we will provide a 50% refund if the charter is more than 28 days away. Unfortunately after this time, you will not be able to redeem your deposit. However, we will give you a chance to make changes to your charter date so as not to lose your deposit.
Complete Payment: Once your booking has been made and your deposit paid, we will arrange with you all the finer details and issue you with an invoice that includes all costs. The two most common ways of paying for your charter are by bank transfer or credit card. Note: If you pay by credit card, there may be a surcharge of 2%.
REFUNDS:
Bad Weather: If it is deemed too unsafe for you to go to sea due to adverse weather conditions, then your charter will be rescheduled, or if this is not possible then you will be refunded in full.
Yacht Issues: Yachts can be unpredictable, so to cover all bases, if your charter is interrupted due to the yacht malfunctioning, we will issue a refund based on the level of disturbance to your charter.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation made up to 28 days prior to the start date of the charter period we will refund 50% of the Charter Fee. In the event of a cancellation made within 28 days prior to the start of the charter unfortunately we cannot refund the Charter Fee, however, we will issue you with a credit note to use at another time.

Spectacular day boating throughout Côte d’Azur with @beaulieuboatcharters and our captain Alex!! Truly one of the highlights of our trip, we enjoyed incredible views of the coast while taking in the Mediterranean sun ☀️ L’Esquinade is a beautiful, well maintained boat with tons of space for socializing & sunning. Alex was a wonderful host pointing out and showing us all the sights.

Amazing & Magical is the only way to describe our day on the water with Beaulieu Boat Charters. Our Captain Alex was kind and thoughtful and full of get detail about the surrounding areas as well as the history of the sprawling estates. As our French was not perfect, his English put us at ease, and at the end of our day we were even more in awe of the beauty of the South of France.
